Bullaro for Council Web Site Privacy Policy
It is important to us that your privacy and data are protected. Most importantly we would like you to know that we do not want to use your data unless it is ok with you. That is why we have made this privacy policy - so you can be clear on how we intend to use your data.
When this policy says “we” or “our,” that means the Bullaro for Council campaign committee, organized and registered under the laws of New York State and the City of New York. When this policy says “you” and “users” that means each and every individual person who loads, reads, and provides information through the web site.
This privacy policy relates to the web site and all associated forms of data collection and use by the Bullaro for Council campaign. Agreeing with this privacy policy is a condition of using the web site and pertains to any and all information you may provide through it to the campaign. This means, therefore, that if you do not agree with our privacy policy, you may not be able to use our websites or parts of them. Sorry about that but we have taken this approach because there are a lot of people using our site and it would be very difficult for us to keep track of who does and who does not agree to us using their data. We also depend on this data to enable us to continue to develop our websites and communicate with you in an efficient way. We hope you understand.
This policy is current as of its last revision date. We may update this privacy policy every once in a while. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date and version number at the top of the policy. Please check back for the most current version before relying on any of the provisions in this privacy policy.
